Enjoying the Journey | Travelogue
March 2025 » Volume 10, Issue 1
“…they rehearsed all that God had done with them…” (Acts 14:27)
The Lord has graciously brought us through the busiest three months we have had in evangelism! These have been out of breath days, a marathon of meetings, that have reminded us of the absolute necessity of God’s sustaining grace. His strength truly is made perfect in weakness.
Again and again I have been reminded that there is an end to every servant's energy - but there is no exhausting the power of our Master. I am grateful for the Lord’s enabling at every step, and praise God more than ever for those who hold us up faithfully in prayer. Thank you.
Since January, I have had the privilege of preaching 116 times in 12 states. 44 precious souls have responded to profess their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and it has been especially encouraging to see genuine revival stirrings in churches across the country. I am thrilled that Tammy is now able to travel with me much of the time. It is a blessing to invest together in fellow preachers and their families.
God is opening a host of doors to speak to pastors, young preachers, and Christian workers. We are praying for those who are in the harvest in these days and asking God for many more laborers. Time is short and eternity is near.
When you pray...
-Pray for health, energy, and spiritual strength for each meeting.
-Pray for the amazing people who labor on our team. Their work enables me to
stay on the road while continuing to provide new resources. We could not do
all that God has given us to do without so many who are heart deep in this effort.
-Pray for our ETJ evangelists and the host of meetings they are in. God is using
each of them in unique ways to help pastors and reach people.
-Pray for God’s favor on upcoming Enjoying the Journey events and gospel
projects. We would love for you to join us this year!
Because we had scheduled out several years, we felt it best to pause scheduling for a time. Pray with me for wisdom to know how we can best invest our time, energy, and resources moving forward. You can view the itinerary for the rest of 2025 at enjoyingthejourney.org/events.
Weariness is a real, but the joy of the Lord gives strength that helps us to press on. The Apostle Paul expressed the heart of a happy servant of Jesus when he wrote, “I will very gladly spend and be spent for you” (2 Corinthians 12:15). It is a privilege to serve Christ and His churches.
Serving the Lord with gladness,
